Privacy notice

This site is deliberately boring about data. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising scripts, and loads nothing from a third party — the fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so no request about you leaves here as a side effect of reading a page.

What we collect

There are exactly two ways you can give us information, and both are deliberate.

• The project brief and any email you send. What you type in the form — the kind of work, your description, timing, budget range, email address, and optionally your name and company — is emailed to us. It is not stored in a database, a CRM or a marketing tool. It sits in an inbox like any other email.
• The email list. If you subscribe, your address is passed to our email provider so we can send release notes. It is used for that and nothing else, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

• No tracking cookies, and therefore no cookie banner.
• No advertising pixels, no session recording, no cross-site profiling.
• No selling, renting or sharing your details with anyone.
• No automated marketing sequence. A reply to a brief is written by a person.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period, for security and troubleshooting. That is a function of running a web server rather than a choice we make about you, and we do not analyse those logs to build any picture of individuals.

How long we keep things

Briefs and enquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the project comes back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done. Subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@wowstudio.dev and we will act on it within one month, usually far sooner. If we ever add analytics, it will be a cookie-free tool that measures pages rather than people, and this notice will say so before it goes live.
