Legal
Terms
Last updated
These terms cover this website. They do not cover work we do for you — that is governed by the agreement we sign for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using this site
You may read, quote and link to anything on this site. Please attribute quotations and link back. You may not republish whole pages as your own, or use the site in a way that interferes with it working for other people.
Our software
The WOWStudio Accessibility Remediation is licensed under the GPL, version 2 or later, and its licence — not this page — governs what you may do with it. Its documentation describes what it does and, importantly, what it does not claim to do.
No advice, and no guarantee of compliance
Nothing on this site is legal advice. Accessibility conformance is a property of your site and your organisation's practices. No plugin, including ours, can confer it, and we do not certify compliance with the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, Section 508, AODA, the UK Equality Act, or any other law.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct it when we get something wrong. Even so, it is published as it is: we do not warrant that every page is free of error or that the site is always available. Where a page describes a version of our software, the software's own changelog is the authoritative record.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or of freely licensed software we publish. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
Links out
We link to other people's sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them. Questions go to contact@wowstudio.dev. These terms are governed by the law of Bangladesh, where WOWStudio is based.
